1) Abdullah ibn Amr reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “It will be said to the companion of the Quran: Recite and ascend as you recited in the world. Verily, your rank is determined by the last verse you recite.”
2) Ash-Sha’bi reported: Jesus the son of Mary, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, excellence (ihsan) is that you are good to those who are evil to you, not that you are good only to those who are good to you.”
3) Ibn Mubarak reported: Wahb ibn Munabbih, may Allah have mercy on him, said, “The parable of this world and the Hereafter is that of a man with two wives. If he pleases one of them, he will incur disapproval from the other.”
4) Anas reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, met Abu Dharr and he said, “O Abu Dharr, shall I not show you two qualities which are light on your back and heavier on the scale than others?” Abu Dharr said, “Of course, O Messenger of Allah.” The Prophet said, “You must have good character and observe long periods of silence. By the one in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, no one can behave with deeds more beloved to Allah than these two.”
5) Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever lives the life of a Bedouin will become coarse. Whoever preoccupies himself with sport will become neglectful. Whoever goes to the gates of the ruler will endure tribulation. A servant does not move closer to the ruler except that he moves further away from Allah.”
6) Imran ibn Hussein reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Modesty does not bring anything except goodness.”
In another narration, the Prophet said, “Modesty is all that is good.”
7) Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever lives the life of a Bedouin will become coarse. 8) Rabi’a reported: Ali ibn Abi Talib said, “Beware of the gates of the ruler.”
9) Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The Hellfire and Paradise disputed each other. Hellfire said: The arrogant and the tyrants will dwell in me. Paradise said: What is the matter with me that only the meek and humble of the people will enter me? Allah said to Paradise: You are my mercy with which I show mercy to those of my servants whom I will. Allah said to Hellfire: You are punishment with which I punish those of my servants whom I will, and both of you will be full. As for Hellfire, it will not be filled until Allah puts His foot over it and Hellfire will say: Enough! Enough! All of its parts will be filled together and Allah will not wrong any of his creatures. As for Paradise, Allah will create a new creation with which to fill it.”
10) Anas ibn Malik reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “No two men love each other except that the more virtuous of the two is the one with the strongest love for his companion.”
11) Abdullah ibn Amr reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Those who are merciful will be shown mercy by the Merciful. Be merciful to those on the earth and the One above the heavens will have mercy upon you. The womb is derived from the Merciful, so whoever keeps relations with his family then Allah will keep relations with him, and whoever abandons his family then Allah will abandon him.”
12) Amr ibn Shurahbil reported: When the prohibition of wine was yet to be declared, Umar ibn Al-Khattab said, “O Allah, give us a clear explanation of wine.” So Allah revealed the verse, “They ask you about wine and gambling. Say: In them is great sin,” (2:219) Umar was called and it was recited to him, then he said, “O Allah, give us a clear explanation of wine.” So Allah revealed the verse, “O you who believe, do not approach prayer while you are intoxicated,” (4:43) Umar was called and it was recited him, then he said, “O Allah, give us a clear explanation of wine.” So Allah revealed the verse, “Satan only wants to cause animosity and hatred between you through intoxicants and gambling and to divert you from the remembrance of Allah and from prayer. So will you not abstain?” (5:91) Umar was called and it was recited to him, then he said, “We have abstained.”

14) Abu Qatadah reported: There came to Abu Dahma and myself a man from the people of Badia and we said, “Have you heard anything from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him?” The man said, “Yes. I heard the Messenger of Allah say: Verily, you will never leave anything for the sake of Allah the Exalted except that Allah will replace it with something better.”
15) Verily, deeds are only with intentions. Verily, every person will have only what they intended. So whoever emigrated to Allah and His Messenger, then his emigration is for Allah and His Messenger. Whoever emigrated to get something in the world or to marry a woman, then his emigration is for whatever he emigrated for.
16) Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “You will not enter Paradise until you believe and you will not believe until you love each other. Shall I show you something that, if you did, you would love each other? Spread peace between yourselves.”
17) Sa’d ibn Abi Waqqas reported: A bedouin came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and he said, “Teach me some words to say.” The Prophet said, “Say: There is no god but Allah without any partner, Allah is the greatest of the great, all praise is due to Allah in abundance, glory be to Allah the Lord of the worlds, there is no power or might but with Allah, the Almighty, the Wise.” The man said, “These words are for my Lord, but what is for me?” The Prophet said, “Say: O Allah, forgive me, have mercy upon me, guide me, and provide for me.”

19) Abdullah bin Masud reported: The Prophet recited Suratan-Najm (103) at Mecca and prostrated while reciting it and those who were with him did the same except an old man who took a handful of small stones or earth and lifted it to his forehead and said, "This is sufficient for me." Later on, I saw him killed as a non-believer.

20) Abu Huraira reported: The Prophet, peace and blessing be upon him, said, “Woe to the rulers! And woe to the chiefs! And woe to the trustees! Some people will wish on the Day of Resurrection that their hair was hanging from the sky and swinging between heaven and earth rather than to have done what they did.”

21) Alqamah repoted: Abdullah ibn Mas’ud, may Allah be pleased with him, said, “Patience is half of faith and certainty is faith in its entirety.”

22) Abu Said Al-Khudri repoted: A Bedouin asked Allah's Apostle about the emigration. The Prophet (p.b.u.h) said, "May Allah have mercy on you! The matter of emigration is very hard. Have you got camels? Do you pay their Zakat?" The Bedouin said, "Yes, I have camels and I pay their Zakat." The Prophet said, Work beyond the seas and Allah will not decrease (waste) any of your good deeds.

23) Abu Huraira repoted: While the Prophet was saying something in a gathering, a Bedouin came and asked him, "When would the Hour (Doomsday) take place?" Allah's Apostle continued his talk, so some people said that Allah's Apostle had heard the question, but did not like what that Bedouin had asked. Some of them said that Alllah's Apostle had not heard it. When the Prophet finished his speech, he said, "Where is the questioner, who enquired about the Hour (Doomsday)?" The Bedouin said, "I am here, O Allah's Apostle ." Then the Prophet said, "When honesty is lost, then wait for the Hour (Doomsday)." The Bedouin said, "How will that be lost?" The Prophet said, "When the power or authority comes in the hands of unfit persons, then wait for the Hour (Doomsday.)"

24) Anas repoted: “When one of their womenfolk menstruated, the Jews would not eat or drink with them, or mix with them in their houses. They (the Companions) asked the Prophet of Allah (saw) about that, and Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, revealed the Ayah: They ask you concerning menstruation. Say: “That is an Adha (a harmful thing).[2:222] So the Messenger of Allah (saw) commanded them to eat and drink with them (menstruating women) and to mix with them in their houses, and to do everything with them except intercourse. The Jews said: 'The Messenger of Allah (saw) does not leave anything of our affairs except he goes against it.' Usaid bin Hudair and 'Abbad bin Bishr went and told the Messenger of Allah (saw) and they said: 'Should we have intercourse with them when they are menstruating?' The expression of the Messenger of Allah (saw) changed greatly until we thought that he was angry with them, and they left. Then the Messenger of Allah (saw) received a gift of milk, so he sent someone to bring them back and he gave them some to drink, so we knew that he was not angry with them.”

25) Talha ibn Ubaid reported: If the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saw the crescent moon, he would say, “O Allah, bring it over us with blessings and faith, safety and Islam. My Lord and your Lord is Allah.”
Source: Sunan At-Tirmidhi 345126) Abu Huraira reported: A person asked Allah's Apostle about the offering of the prayer in a single garment. Allah's Apostle replied, "Has every one of you got two garments?"
